Alabama Royal Red Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 lb. whole Royal Red shrimp
- ½ batch of Maison D'O'Donnell Sauce
- Parsley
- 4 Hot Dog Buns
Instructions
- Boil 1 lb. whole Royal Red shrimp in water for 2-3 minutes.
- Cool, peel, devein, and chop each shrimp into 4 pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare 1 recipe of Maison D'O'Donnell Sauce.
- In another bowl, toss shrimp with parsley, fold in Maison D'O'Donnell Sauce and chill.
- Toast 4 buttered hot dog buns, stuff with shrimp, top with more parsley, and serve.
