Shrimp or Crawfish Maison d'O'Donnell (Pink Remoulade)
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 HEAPING tablespoons of horseradish
- 1-2 teaspoons creole mustard
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 2+ stalks celery (finely chopped)
- 2 clove garlic, minced ?
- 2 teaspoons Creole Seasoning, plus...
- 2 Big pinches cayenne pepper (or Crab Boil)
- Juice of 1 large or 2 small Lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon Sweet Hungarian Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 2 dashes of Tabasco
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Mint Leaves, chopped finely (Optional)
- 1 tablespoons Honey (Optional)
- Zest and Juice of 2 Lemons?
Ingredients
- 1 batch of Sauce (above)
- 1 lb shrimp or crawfish tail meat (3+ raw whole Shrimp)
- Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a glass bowl and mix thoroughly
- Gently fold in tail meat
- Top with chopped parsley
