Brown Butter (Meuniere Sauce)

- 16-24 oz. Salted Butter (2 - 3 sticks)
- Tablespoon Red Wine or Tarragon Vinegar
- Juice from 1 Lemon
Instructions
- If previously frying, leave the sediment from frying on the pan.
- Turn heat up Medium High.
- Add butter and brown. keep stirring/whisking and shaking the pan until the butter is brown.
- Turn Heat off.
- Add Vinegar and lemon juice (stand back)
